WOW Pani is a local business directory. We publish business listings (name, address, phone, products, hours, reviews and related information) so users can discover and contact local businesses. Business owner tools (login, deliveries, billing) are provided on a separate owner application and are governed by that product's terms.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, spam or overload the website
• Do not post false, misleading or illegal content
• Do not attempt to access private systems without authorisation
• Do not misuse contact details found on listings for spam

3. Business listings

Listing information is provided for general informational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, businesses may change prices, timings or availability without notice. Users should confirm important details directly with the business before purchasing or booking.

4. Reviews & user content

Reviews and comments must be honest and respectful. We may remove content that is abusive, defamatory, promotional spam or otherwise violates these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The WOW Pani name, logo, design and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for fair use such as sharing a listing link.

6. Third-party links

Listings may include links to business websites, WhatsApp or the WowPani owner app. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

7. Disclaimer

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content or any particular business outcome from using a listing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOW Pani is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on listing information.
